At BS Team, we are more than just a sports service—we are a complete hub for athletes. By combining technical coaching, conditioning and fitness, nutrition, and mental training, we create a system where every pillar supports the other. This unique approach gives athletes the edge to perform, recover, and grow at their highest potential.


 

 

Our Journey

We started out as an academy focused solely on technical training. But as we grew, we realized that technical coaches were becoming increasingly common, and to truly stand out we needed something different. That’s when we decided to combine all the essential pillars of sports development—technical coaching, conditioning and fitness, nutrition, and mental training—into one integrated hub, giving us a clear edge over the competition.

The next phase of our mission is recruitment. We plan to scout talent in cooperation with schools and clubs, identifying promising athletes who can join our program and benefit from our holistic development model. From there, our vision expands into building a dedicated Team BS academy, creating our own teams and talent pipelines.

We also aim to host team training camps, where entire squads can come to our hub, train under our framework, and benefit from our combined pillars. Looking ahead, our ultimate goal is to expand across the Middle East and the Gulf, becoming a regional leader in athlete development and sports innovation.

The Team BS coaching philosophy revolves around four key pillars. Number 1 is the mental game, where Team BS offers mental sessions with a specialist. Another pillar is nutrition, as each player working with us receives a specialized diet tailored to their needs and schedule. Then, of course, the physical part of the game involves each player training strength and conditioning to reach a par level. Lastly, technical training is also a key component. Now, all these pillars are trained as a team and can also include 1-on-1 sessions if a player requests them.
