Technical Training
We provide both group sessions and 1-on-1 training, which gives us a unique edge over our competitors since no one else in the market offers this combination Also our technical trainings start from age 5 which is one of the lowest in the market. Within the group setting, players are divided by position—for example, defenders train together, midfielders train together, and so on. This allows us to provide highly specialized and position-specific training. At the same time, players can also receive individualized 1-on-1 training to address their personal needs, ensuring maximum development and growth.
Mental Coaching
The mental training follows the same concept as the technical training but it starts from age 11 and up. If a player is experiencing personal mental challenges, we work with them individually in 1-on-1 sessions to provide tailored support. However, since every player is also part of a team, we also focus on the dynamics of the entire group. Our goal is not only to strengthen individual mental resilience but also to coach and develop the team’s collective mindset, communication, and harmony. This holistic approach ensures that players are mentally strong both as individuals and as members of a cohesive team.
Fitness & conditioning
Our fitness and conditioning programs use the latest scientific methods and cutting-edge technology, moving away from outdated, old-school practices. We begin by assessing each athlete’s muscular durability, endurance, and overall physical baseline. Based on these assessments, we create a progressive plan that maps out how the athlete will improve over time. This ensures steady, measurable growth in strength, stamina, and injury prevention, all aligned with modern sports science.
Nutrition & lifestyle
We apply the same methodology here by creating fully customized nutrition and lifestyle programs tailored to each athlete. These programs take into account important factors such as age, daily schedule, weight, playing position, and individual body requirements. By factoring in all these details, we design meal plans and lifestyle recommendations that fuel performance, accelerate recovery, and enhance overall well-being. Our approach ensures that every athlete has the right balance between nutrition, training, and daily life—setting them up for long-term success both on and off the field.

Athlete Mental Methodology

The Athlete Mental Methodology is a step-by-step journey that starts with Personality Discovery, helping athletes understand their unique traits and tendencies, followed by building an Inner Game Profile to uncover mental strengths, triggers, and barriers. From there, athletes move into the Transformation Phase, where limiting patterns are replaced with empowering habits that boost confidence, focus, and resilience. This growth is extended into Team Mental Training (TMT), developing communication, trust, and collective focus for peak performance within a group. Finally, the process is sustained through Follow-Up Sessions that ensure progress is maintained, strategies are reinforced, and mental strength becomes a lasting part of the athlete’s profile.

The Mental Pillar Roadmap

The Mental Pillar journey is built around three major phases. It started with the Foundation Phase in 2021, where the main focus was embedding the mental pillar into the sports industry, raising awareness, and establishing it as a core part of athlete development alongside physical and technical training. The next stage is the Expansion Phase in 2024, which aims to grow both vertically and horizontally—bringing mental training to athletes at every level, from grassroots to professionals, while also spreading its impact across multiple sports and disciplines. Finally, the vision reaches its peak with the Ultimate Phase in 2027, where the goal is to create a positive collective mindset that fully embraces the mental pillar as an essential, non-negotiable part of sports culture. This roadmap represents the evolution from foundation, to expansion, to complete acceptance—ensuring the mental side of the game is valued as highly as physical performance.
